Preview. Preseason tests: Yo-Yo test. Goals and results.

The next post will be focus on the tests, we physical coaches, make during the preseason to know where our players are and where we want to be in the weeks before the competition starts.

Personally I do not like too spend much time doing test, even more in amateur clubs where the training time is quite limited, and I really believe we can reach the fitness levels throw football training.

The post will be focus on Yo-Yo test, the results it can give us and the reasons why I think it is one of the best ones to make during the preseason.
